They’re looking for someone with a well-rounded leadership skillset, and with “hands-on” technical competency (cyber security, systems architecture or similar), to drive their complex IT strategy forward. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days per week required to work from Devon-based offices, starting from April 2026. As Head of IT, Transformation & Innovation, you will be responsible for the whole of IT BAU & projects with a particular emphasis on providing hands-on leadership surrounding technical projects, some of which are already in-flight.
