Partick Housing Association is a charitable, registered social landlord based in the West End of Glasgow.  We own and manage more than 1700 social rented homes and provide management services to over 2000 owners.  These homes are located across more than 360 closes, with a mix of tenures, owners, commercial units and other factoring providers.

ICT Assistant Full Time, Permanent Position £20,821 - £23,544 per annum (EVH Grade 4) Work with us?  We are looking for an enthusiastic ICT Assistant to join our motivated team based in Glasgow’s vibrant West End.   Like us, you will take pride in providing a first class, responsive service to our customers.  You will be passionate about creating user friendly processes and technology, which enhance our business.  You will be solution focused and approachable, but most of all passionate about the social housing sector, our values, and our people. We are looking for candidates with excellent interpersonal, and ICT skills, with experience in a customer service environment, and with a strong customer focus to deliver responsive support to our staff and Board Members.  Candidates should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server, as well as experience configuring hardware (thin clients, PCs, and mobile devices) in a Citrix Xenapp environment. You will be educated to SVQ Level 3 or equivalent and have experience working within an ICT environment, and delivering ICT support to end users with varying levels of knowledge. You will be able to demonstrate sound analytical and problem solving skills, and have confidence talking to, and building rapport with, a wide range of customers, suppliers, and service providers.
