We are one of the largest social landlords in Wales and have responsibility for over 9,000 properties across the Neath Port Talbot County Borough. We are committed to providing good quality housing and a range of services to help people manage their homes.

As a community housing mutual, we continually work to understand the needs of our customers and members to deliver services based on what matters.

Since we were formed in 2011 our main focus has been to deliver the promises set out to our customers, which included bringing our homes up to the Welsh Housing Quality Standard. Having achieved this in 2017 we now focus on our future plans.

Our vision by 2020 is to continue to build upon the foundations set down during the first six years, our plans include delivering services which exceed customer expectations and investing in much needed homes.
