Working within our Social Housing team we are looking for a Business Consultant to work with customers and colleagues to support the successful implementation as well as upgrades of the software. You will: Implement and configure software and agree Project Plans in order to meet Customers’ requirements Advise Customers on best use of software in line with their business requirements Provide onsite consultancy, services and support for customers during implementation phases (post-live, testing, training etc.) Assist with Customer UAT plans Produce and maintain implementation documentation Attend and deliver presentations / demonstrations to customers Contribute to product development, enhancements etc. including User Requirements Analysis Travel throughout the UK to customer site. (The role is home based with travel to customer site as required.) Key Skills: Extensive knowledge of current Housing Management Software (specifically Mobile / Repairs) Knowledge of up to date policies for Social Housing Commercial awareness of the Social Housing sector Strong communication and presentation skills Good working knowledge of MS Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project etc.) Knowledge of SQL / MS SQL Server 2008 and 2012 Prince 2 or similar PM methodology desirable Willingness to travel to customer site, (including overnight stays where required).
