Role Summary:
This is a new role in Accent and will report to the Chief Executive as a member of the Executive Team. The CIO will be at the forefront of innovation and will lead our organisation’s technology, data and transformation functions. They will be responsible for the strategic direction and associated strategies. To deliver positives outcomes they will be responsible for aligning the technology and data strategies with business objectives ensuring a strong focus on the customer and colleague experience. They will be responsible for ensuring adequate controls, processes and governance related to technology, data and transformation are embedded across the entire organisation. As the Executive lead for transformation, the CIO will have a key leadership role in fulfilling Accent’s organisational ambition of improved digital adoption and substantial behaviour change in an evolving and demanding operating environment.

Salary
The spot salary for this post is £150,000 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post.
This post will also receive a car allowance.
Location
The successful candidate will be required to travel to all our sites around the country.
