Reporting to the Head of Account Management, the Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a professional and effective business relationship between Aareon UK Ltd and a number of Customer Accounts to: Meet and exceed allocated sales targets Ensure overall customer satisfaction and customer retention Recommend appropriate business solutions to support the customer’s’ business and transformation strategies This is a role that would suit a graduate level applicant looking to develop their career in Sales and Account Management. Key Responsibilities to Include:   Base Account Sales Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, accurately forecast opportunities and qualify opportunities thoroughly. Achieve an individually allocated annual sales target making an active contribution to the revenue stream. Understand customers’ specific business requirements, strategic objectives and issues. Identify solutions which are based on our portfolio of products and services to meet the customer’s needs.  Present solutions to customers in an introductory capacity to generate interest using demonstration devices as provided, and also liaise with the Pre Sales team to arrange more in depth demonstrations. Managing the Customer Relationship Maintain a regular contact with all customers via face to face visits, telephone calls, user group meetings and events/seminars, as led by the customer’s preference. Act as an escalation and resolution point for all customer issues. Develop positive relationships within Aareon UK Ltd to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to the customer. Attend Aareon User Group meetings as required and develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the User Group. At Aareon UK we are currently undertaking a project to build the next generation of our ERP system - a modern web application written in .Net Core, with a RESTful API connecting to a modern UX built with HTML5, CSS3, Angular and Typescript. An experienced Full Stack .Net Developer (C#) is required to work on this project, with responsibilities for building the server side of the web application. You will work alongside front end developers, test analysts and managers to develop a new application which aims to deliver the best UX to our customers. We are looking for talented developers with great experience of using .Net (including Core) in C#, with ASP.Net and Web API for building RESTful web services. You should have experience of building cloud-based services implemented on Azure. Any front end web development experience would be an advantage including HTML5, CSS3 and client side scripting with JavaScript frameworks. You should be used to working as part of an Agile Team and be familiar with Microsoft TFS or VSTS for sprint management and source control. An experienced Test Analyst is required to work on this project, with responsibilities for the testing processes (both manual and automated) that will verify the software being tested conforms to the specified requirements. You will work alongside software developers, managers and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high quality software. We are looking for talented test analysts with not only an eye for detail, but be a team player who can contribute to the success of the project. You should have great experience of manual testing, especially planning, executing and recording results. You should be used to working as part of an Agile Team and it would be of benefit if you have used Microsoft TFS or VSTS for work management and the test facilities offered through Microsoft Test Manager. Key Responsibilities to Include: Execute manual test plans, record results and raise defects as appropriate. Build and maintain suites of test scripts. Carry out functional, regression and exploratory testing. Review software specifications, documentation and release notes.
