We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager.
The overall purpose of the Contract Manager role is to manage the planned works service within Llanw, maximising the skills and experience of the mixed team of trades colleagues. The trade colleagues making up Llanw planned service focused on DMC, Disrepair and other preplanned work such as kitchens, bathrooms and larger scale refurbishment work.
Working closely with other Contract Managers you will maintain the required service delivery at all times across the Valleys to Coast property portfolio, external customers and manage the effective assignment of resources to deliver a high quality service from a high performing team.
You will continually look for ways to develop, improve and consistently deliver repairs services, working closely with the Llanw leadership team in achieving measured service excellence.
