The overall purpose of the role is to assist the Commercial Manager in providing general Quantity Surveying duties thereby assisting Llanw to maintain and improve the homes and estates of Valleys to Coast Housing Group to the highest standards.  The job holder will assist with monitoring and reporting on expenditure in order to control costs and ensure budgets are not exceeded.  They will work in partnership with their colleagues to ensure the consistent delivery of projects on time and to agreed budgets.
