37 hours per week We are currently recruiting for a Surveyor The overall purpose of the Surveyor role is to: Provide a proactive, efficient and effective broad surveying service throughout our property portfolio; Ensure the accurate provision of specifications of works, works schedules,  job raising, contractor liaison, health, safety & regulatory compliance; Ensure a customer-centred approach is maintained at all times. We are looking for someone who can prepare work specifications, provide technical advice, prepare reports, liaise with tenants, manage repair projects through to completion and ensure high quality standards are achieved, ensure all asset management information is used and updated through all activities and liaise with others on the provision of DFG and other enabling services including working with third parties, customers and their families, where required.
