We are currently recruiting for an Estate Supervisor.
The overall purpose of the Estates Supervisor role is to work as part of the Facilities Management & Estates Team to supervise, coordinate and schedule work streams for the Community Caretakers and Community Litter Picker teams.
You will work as part of a proactive, innovative and responsive Estates team to develop and deliver outstanding estate management services. This will focus on the organisation's goals and objectives, delivering safe and happy places that you are proud to manage.
You will enhance internal and external spaces to benefit communities, customers, biodiversity, and the environment, ensuring our estates thrive.
You will collaborate with customers, colleagues, and partners to provide guidance and support on estate management matters.
We are looking for someone who is experienced in leading a customer-focussed team safely and effectively, across multiple locations.
As part of the role you will demonstrate commitment to service excellence and work harmoniously and discreetly with people of all ages and backgrounds in an inclusive manner.
