We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Plasterer.
The overall purpose of the Multi-Skilled Plasterer role is to effectively and efficiently undertake plastering maintenance for Llanw within Valleys to Coast housing stock and other properties in a variety of disciplines, working independently or as part of a team.
We are looking for someone who holds City & Guilds in Plastering or substantial proven previous experience in plastering. You should have knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations and a full driving licence – preferably with no or minimal endorsements. It would also be beneficial to have knowledge and understanding of the work undertaken by Social Housing repairs services.
As part of the role you will undertake general maintenance plastering works including plaster-boarding and skimming, roughing and dashing walls, carry out vinyl and ceramic tiling and mentor apprentices, trainees and work placements as and when required.
