We are currently recruiting for a Voids Coordinator.
As part of the role you will carry out site supervision of subcontractors including delivery timescales, variation requests, Health & Safety monitoring and contractual matters related to on site delivery, contribute to the effective management of the budget to deliver against targets, provide forecasts and identify cost efficiencies and coordinate the availability of data, reporting and KPIs to support reporting within the business.
We are looking for someone who can understand and ensure compliance of relevant policies, procedures and process maps for the team, keep up to date with current legislation, policy, approved codes of practice and standards to ensure that they are reflected within delivery of the role and be responsible for the supervision of a team of mixed trade operatives undertaking construction work.
