We’re seeking a Head of Data to provide both strategic leadership and hands‑on operational oversight of VIVID’s Data team. This is a high-impact, senior leadership role where you’ll define the data vision, build a thriving data culture, and turn insight, analytics and AI into real-world outcomes for our customers and colleagues.
Contractually based out of our Portsmouth or Basingstoke office, this is a full-time permanent role, working 37 hours per week. You’ll be expected to attend the office 1 days a week to enable you to build strong working relationships with your teams. When you are performing in the role, we’d offer flexibility in your work location, either the office or home and you’d be expected to work in the office as required.

Experience in regulated, public-sector or customer-focused environments, and exposure to cloud data platforms and AI, is a strong advantage.
